All rental fees are to be paid in full at time of departure. Personal checks will be accepted 1 week before departure only. Checks, Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal are all accepted payments.

RENTAL DEPOSITS:
$50.00 deposit for all Pop-Up Campers and $75.00 deposit  for Travel-Trailers  required with camper reservation. This deposit is applied to the rental rate. A refundable $400.00($300.00 if we deliver) security damage deposit required at  time of pickup or delivery. Paid with cash or we can place a hold on your credit card. A full refund will be made after inspection of the returned camper. The renting party is subject to losing the $400.00 security deposit if the camper displays any signs of smoking /pets  or other damage that requires repairs and/or replacing of parts.

INSURANCE:
Must carry full coverage Auto Insurance that extends back to the rented camper during the time of your rental. (Full coverage MBA insurance can be purchased for $3.00 a day) *Pickup Only

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Once a reservation is made a rental agreement contract must be filled out and turned in right away by mail, email, fax or at our location.  This will allow Brad's Camper Rentals adaquent time to review all the information provided to confirm who is renting the trailer and that they agree to all terms. 

TOWING:
Prior to picking up your rental we must either see your vehicle in person or you must e-mail us pictures of your wire harness and plug. To safely tow the camper, the camper must be level with your hitch on your vehicle (The ground to the coupler on the camper measures 15 ½”).  A  "2" inch ball is required on your tow vehicle for all Pop-Up Campers and a "2" 5/16 for Travel-Trailers along with a 4 or 7 pin plug. Adapters/Receivers can be provided upon availability.
